Platinum Power
The 2022-2023 Senior Production “Icon” was awarded the Platinum Power Award at the Jacksonville Regionals. Icon was the highest scoring dance at the competition as well as awarded the most entertaining. Icon was choreographed by the Staff of Tallahassee Dance Academy.
Awake My Soul
The 2022-2023 Senior Principal Contemporary piece “Awake My Soul”, won first overall at all regional competitions attended as well as won several choreography awards. Awake My Soul also was nominated for Platinum’s “Best Overall Choreography for 12 and older”. The dance was choreographed by Macy Porter a Florida State University School of Dance graduate.
Heroes
The 2022-2023 Teen Elite Hip Hop piece “Heroes” choreographed by TDA Staff Member and alumni Jordan West. The hip hop piece won first overall at every regional competition attended.
